We dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days, Monday to Friday. Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

We deliver to Germany, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Austria, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Ireland, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Poland, Czech Republic, Norway, and Switzerland.

How it works

1. Place your order. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately.
2. We pick and pack your order within 1–2 working days.
3. Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
4. Track your parcel directly with the carrier using the link in your email.

Tracking

Every order is tracked. Your tracking number will be sent by email as soon as your order leaves us. If you have not received your tracking email within 3 working days of ordering, check your spam folder first — then write to us at info@leora.com.

Customs and duties

All prices on our website are inclusive of applicable VAT. For EU deliveries, no additional customs charges apply. For UK deliveries, no import duties apply.
